Dee (Dominika) Stoppa is an award-winning founder of InnLyte, a creative wellbeing advocate, and documentary filmmaker based in Ireland.
Background
Born in Poland (1989) into a multigenerational tradition of craft and visual arts, Dee began her practice with six years of formal training in sculpture, painting, and film photography. With heritage tracing back to artisanal lineages of Milan, Italy, her work balances a legacy of classical aesthetics with a discipline developed during four years of studying National Security (Polish Naval Academy, Distinction).
After relocating to Ireland in 2012 and spending three years in the corporate sector, Dee pivoted to the intersection of arts and mental health.
In recent years, she completed two postgraduate courses in Arts and Health (NCAD, Pilot) and Workplace Wellness (Trinity Business School, Distinction).

Her perspective is built on over ten years of grassroots experience as a visual artist, facilitator, and MC, collaborating with a vast network of community groups and national organisations.
Creativity for Wellbeing Workbook (2021): Co-produced and illustrated in collaboration with Mental Health Ireland. This publication is currently sold out.
