Life gets so full between work, caring for family, and maintaining our relationships. We are digitally overstimulated and often chronically stressed. I’m on a mission to explore how we can find small pockets of time to slow down, reconnect with our inner light, and express ourselves creatively.
I’m Dee Stoppa, a brand photographer, visual artist, and documentary filmmaker/ creative wellbeing ambassador/ founder of InnLyte. I'm also a mum to a big, beautiful family of children and rescue animals.
